The second link is to the ECOGRA site which is an independent body that audits online casino and poker software and puts their tick of approval on those that check out. Now I don't know if Full Tilt falls within the umbrella of the sites that this organisation would audit, but for whatever reason, it is not listed as an approved site. neither is Pokerstars.
