lolz. "insanely polarized" is no good when u don't even beat a lot of his bluffs.
why do you think this? which hands is villain bluffing that mapp is losing to? KT KJ KQ? surely not any pair? ok well sure he could have those hands but in this hand villain shows that he opened ug with JTo, suggesting many more air hands than these few K high combos that beat us. clearly mapp had some idea this was going on..
I doubt you'd say that if bluffer showed KQ and scooped.
(Or one of many other hands that had him beat)
dont know if this is true or not but seems like u are the one that is trying to be results oriented by bringing up specific hands he could have and thinking of our reaction vs that hand but really we should be thinking about ranges
Results oriented to say "u don't mind it" imo.
disagree, the reasoning behind saying dont mind it is what makes it results oriented or not
Would u want one of ur horses taking that line?
just assuming you are right? why wouldnt i want my horse to do this if he had reason to believe it was the optimal play?
He was just trying to be a "super-hero." (I believe)
Not a good spot to do so imo. FT, ICM, etc...
Some people get off on making sick calls, some get off on making sick bluffs... both can lead to big blunders in the wrong spots obv.
I'm pretty sure he puts himself in those situations unnecessarily, if I had to guess.
Or he's a super user?
