Everytime i make it deep.

Its so sick that i play 1-2 MTTs a day and almost cash in 1 everyday. Or atleast have a lot of chips at one point. In the 90 persons i been playing my best poker ever. But it seems when i got down to the final 5 or 3 or whateva i am just losing to 3 outs everytime. IS this me playing bad. Or is this how i am goign to run forever.

ehh ihad to go for 14k the sad part is i knew he was calling 100k more lol. The guy at the beggining of the tournament had chip lead. And everyone said he was the worst player in the world and if he keeps playing like that he has no shot to win. Guess what he does and goes through a field of 90 playing like a complete moron. So wierd how the game works

Matt, come on man, are you serious with this again? I knew this was your thread by the title before I even looked at the name of the OP.

Do you think KennL is playing 1 or 2 a day? Petie Bigstacks? Da Professional?

No, they play 10 or 15 a day.

You have played 45 man SNGs right? So you know that you can get to the final 15 of those repeatedly and still miss out on the final 6? Or that you can get to the final 9 and repeatedly finish 5th - 9th?

So why would you expect the volatility to be any different at MTTs where the blinds and antes are huge when you get to the final 45? The final 45 is like a 45 man SNG except with even more variance and frustration because of the high blinds.

SO, you probably need a sample of 100 or 200 times of being in the final 45 players in large field MTTs just to even have a chance of things leveling out. And of course, to gt to the final 45 players 100 or 200 times, you will need to play 1000 or so.

So why do you constantly get worked up over things not going well in the 1 or 2 a day that you play?

What do you expect, play 1 or 2 a day and bring home large 4 figure cashes all the time?

this is about 4k games bro. I don't know where you get 1-2. Yea i just started playing 1-2 recently. I use to play 10-15 until this huge downswing. So the frustration is my 4k break even streak. Thats all. But yea of course you are right. Just annoying that 7 3 outers or less actually happen everyday lol
