With the help of variance leaning more in my direction as of late, and staying away from cash. Not a big sample size i know, but I am seeing it live and online.

I've had a pretty bad run this year, mainly do to my own doing. I have been pressing too much and not playing as I think I can.

After reevaluating things and other parts of my life getting back in order, I finally have had a good month.

Between tournaments and cash (both live) I went from ground zero to 4k bankroll in 1 month.

It's amazing how other items in life can change how you play a game. You "think" it wouldn't, but I definitly think it...

Today i've been playing solid poker..yet.

5 times I hold KK or AA against small pairs (3 times 9's), and they hit a set.


I've tried all sorts of ways to play them..

All in pre..

Raise large pre..

Slow roll them..

All w/the same result.

Variance = 5 out of 5 lost on the 80 20?

Egads.
