Durrrr probabally put gus on aces. PLO is wierd since in holdem you usally just stick it in if you put that much of your stack in, but in PLO, you can just flat with most of your stack in the middle in ceartain sitations. I'm guessing durr thought this was one. Since Durrrr put gus squarely on aces, he might as well just call since Gus must put the rest of his stack in no matter what teh flop comes, but if the flop came AA2 rainbow or something, durrrr can actually fold. That gus cannot fold no matter what but durrrr can thing makes flatting better.

98% of flops will give durrrr the odds to stick the rest in though.

oops, i misread it. I thought durrr had all but 26thousand in preflop.

Ok, gus opening is of course standard. Durrrr is in position and one of the best PLO players in the world against a gus hansen cuttoff range with a hand that stands to be able to exploit equity edges so his 3bet is pretty standard for him. Gus's 4bet would be bad if he was only 4betting aces, but his range is wider than that and durrrr's range is wide so he can obviously repot, get more money in with the best hand without worrying too much about giving his hand away and reverse implied odds. Durrr's call preflop is standard. Rerepotting a hand this weak would be crazy.

It's perfectly standard for durrr to stick the rest in on that flop. He flopped a pair and a ton of backdoor draws. The pot is already bloated and he has to be stacking off very light here (as does gus). He stands to have about 40% equity against most of Gus's range especially since their are not many TTxx hands in gus's range and his most likely hand is AAxx. AAxx with hearts has durrrr in bad shape as does some T987 type hands, but most hands gus can have durrr is doing ok against.

Against the hand Gus actually had, durrrr was 37% to win. I can't tell what the pot odds his pot odds were though. There is no pokerstove for omaha, but I'm guessing his equity against gus's range wasn't too far off 37%.
