Not raising preflop really bad. Really really bad actually. If you do this a lot it is a huuugge almost insurmountable leak in your game.

The flop is a really easy fold the first time. The 2nd time you get a chance to fold it's an easy fold too.

yea I rarely ever ever flat call there. I was simply mixing it up a bit. Anyway after the flop, I thought if I caught I might get a huge pot. Then when the small stack shoved I was pretty confident I had two overs + the nuts flush draw for 15 outs and therefore 60% shot of winning the hand. I see you're point though for sure.

His range is includes more hands than just top pair IMO. Unless you had some stellar read to believe top pair K or J kicker was his range here.
