    45 or 90 mans?

Hi guys, I'm super new here and maybe there already is a thread about this, in which case you could just post a link and ill be on my way haha
But just curious which one you guys recommend to grind and why? There's a ton of regs from both games here and I thought I'd definitely get some good answers.
I know the basic stuff like one is turbo, one isn't, one has antes while the other doesn't etc. but anything you could throw out there for a person who is gonna be looking to grind 1k games per month as a starting goal.

PS - I've heard mixed things about playing both because they are two separate games altogether so I'm not sure I would like this idea so much but any input here would be good too!

    Thanks in advance all!

Check out this link. It discusses 90's vs. 180's but some of ideas will correlate with your question.

But in general 45m = less variance, 90m = better ROI. I haven't been able to make the transition from 45 - 90's yet. It's not just that you have to swim through a field twice as big, but like you said, you are double stacked yet are put in a turbo format. And don't forget, there are also antes, so I believe stealing during that stage becomes an important part of the game.

The tighter the player you are, the more correct it is to play in the 45s. The better you are at in push fold situations on the bubble and your willingness to push lighter then you might be better in the 90s. A big stack means much more with larger fields.

the 90s are not turbe they are just turbo compared to regular tourney. They have 5 min blinds, the 45s have 6 min blinds.

imo playing both is the way to go because it keeps your screen full, full screen = higher winrate

if i had to choose 1 tho, playing lag and stealing is way more fun so definitely 90s

I play both and just change the background to help distinguish between them. i use "Plain" for 90s and "Midnight" for 45s, obv you can do w/e you what but thats just what i do lol.
