Does anyone have trouble sleeping after playing a lot of poker?
And if you've had this problem on the past, how did you solve it?

I always find it hard to sleep after an intense poker session.. And I havent solved it
Stay ahead, or fall behind
too much thoughts on your mind. playing poker = mind exercise, need to rest your mind/brain before the sleep stage occurs.
warning : this person is going up and down on elevators.
count cards with sheep on them.
When I first started I was cracked out all the time... It's a good sign that you're probably playing well, or at least thinking everything through to the extreme. But it will affect your game negatively over time.
Take a few days off here and there, and most importantly find something to take your mind off it after your session... make sure you get at least a few hours of mind relaxing time before you go to bed.. TV or whatever (not poker related)
Great post....... No solution from me
I have never had trouble sleeping, whether Ive played a lot of poker or not. I also dont watch a lot of TV but I make a point of watching some light downloaded entertainment in bed for 30 minutes before I drift off. This used to be Star Trek (origional series) now I have watched every episode I watch an episode of King of the hill every night. Watching something you find really entertaining and very light hearted can cleanse you I think and even after the worst session you should rest easy. Soon as you wake the next day that bad session is the first thing on your mind but I think a TV programme you really enjoy can take your mind off almost anything for the short term. I used to watch downloaded poker proggrames in bed but now believe this is not the best thing to do (I watch them whilst I eat my dinner, lol.)
