One of my companies, INTENSE-Racing, provides high quality automotive diagnostics and repairs at our facility in Plain City (Dublin area), Ohio.

We have an ASE-certified GM Master technician with 23 years of automotive experience. Oil changes, brake jobs, exhaust work, Check Engine lights, etc. are all within our capabilities. We can even build an 880 horsepower street monster if you want. About the only jobs we don't do are transmission and alignment work.

They have done everything from brakes and hub bearings to building one of the countries quickest Naturally Aspirated 3.8L Grand Prix. I highly recommend INTENSE even if all you are looking for is to fix a service engine light.

Bob goes the extra mile when working on cars by putting fender covers on your car so your paint doesn't get scuffed or scratched from tools. He also likes to leave your engine cleaner than when you brought it in. I have been very impressed with his work!

Currently Bob Cook is installing a Intercooler setup for my Turbocharged Grand Prix.

He is also one of the people who installed the prototype kit for my car.

I have also sent my Mom over to INTENSE to have them work on her Impala. I am usually suspicious of who I let work on my vehicles.

Funny you should ask. I had once gotten a tad bit angry at my ladder that fell off my wall in the garage as I was walking by and hit me on the head. I 'accidently' chucked it and wouldn't you know....it took the mirror right off my car. They replaced it for me.

I do let INTENSE work on my car everytime. They've done everything to it. Recently, I was having a coolant leak problem. I took my car to a Buick dealership and had them do a pressure test on the coolant system. They said there was no leak.

I found a hose with a hole in it. I found my heater hoses had coolent caked all over them. Scott and I replaced all the little elbow things inside the engine one evening. So that was FOUR leaks even though the dealership told me everything was good. The worst part was that I STILL had a leak somewhere.

I started carrying water bottles around and was making plans to get a new work car (afterall, this one has about 220,000 miles), and I mentioned to Bob that I was looking because of this leak that noone can find. Without looking at my car, he said, 'I know what your problem is.' We walked out to the car and he pointed to spot that was leaking. Later that week, they did all the repair work and nothing has leaked since.

On top of that, he actually found a couple of other problems that had been missed by the dealership.

It's good to have someone I can trust since I really need my car to hold up.

Bob is the man. I always preferred Bob work on my car but he lives in the middle of nowhere. Now that he is scheduling work at INTENSE, He will be the only person working on my car. I had a problem with a strange noise coming from the front end of my car. I had several people ride with me and couldn't figure it out. Bob drove the car one time and said I needed new sway bar bushings. He replaced them and no more noise.
