Was thinking we could have one each year (December time) for a bit of fun.

I like the idea, but i think we should try to avoid negative awards lol some people dont take them light heartedly

Interesting thought. We could take nominations for a specific time then poll vote the winners. I like the once a year thing.

I like this idea a lot. I also agree negative awards should be nixed.

in Costa Rica we have a forum that does that. Unconsciously i think it keeps the forum members motivated we also throw parties once a year with all active forum members (we're all around the same radius so its pretty easy to get 300 in one place :P), but i guess this couldnt apply here (or at least for me!)
