OK well, I played a little better this evening. Lowered the buy-ins to $24 average. No cashes, but two bubbles, so that was definitely a start in the right direction. :)
I'm going to add one more step to my action plan, at least temporarily until some of my confidence returns...
1. Reduced number of games – cut back from six tables to two, three or four.
2. Reduced buy-ins – cut back from $39 ABI to ~ $25.
3. Reduced session length – cut back from ~ 12 games per session to four to six.
4. Tighten up – play better starting hands with better position.
5. Play to cash - stop bubbling.

My guess is reducing your games from 6 will get you back on track again!

ladies and gentlemen,

This is always my answer lol, many will say it is not the correct answer. You seem to be expecting to lose coin flips now which is not a winning way to play poker. My answer is to change site, only for a while but if you do this it gives you a fresh look at things. You wont be looking at sharkscope thinking Ive lost my money and need to get it back. Your opponents no longer have notes on you. Once you have won a few coin flips your trust will be regained at your site. I even think a new table colour sometimes even helps. When I change site I always go on a winning run maybee this is just luck but I think its phsycological. To me change is good!

Personally i think you should just try and lower your average buy in but play twice as many tourneys. Tournaments are ridiculously high variance and even the very best players online go 20+ games without cashing sometimes. Either way i am also in a downswing right now so i wish you luck sir!
