Rake the rake is what I use too, and I have never had a single problem with it. Really fast and efficient at giving you your money

Yes, completely normal. Assuming you emailed your screen name to them, or whatever the last step of registration was, just give it a week or two.

Yes I gave them everything, but on my rake page on their site everything still says 0.00 for rake and rakeback so I wanted to make sure.
