Long Trek to the Top

Whatup everyone who checks this, 2nd day of writing this blog and going to continue doing it daily. There is going to be a ton of hand plays where I examine an interesting hand a day. Basically it's going to be how I think, with a bit of my life mixed in. This is mostly an exercise for myself to become more analytical with my poker and to continue striving to be better, figured I could share my struggles and ups and downs with all you fine folk haha.

I'm down for the year... I'm negative money for the year 2009. I've went from being up 12k for the year, to being down... I bubbled the cash tonight in the 25k, I was one of the chip leaders the entire tournament... and after severely schooling a guy I lost on the bubble to the money. I didn't think I'd know what losing 10k plays felt like, and now its all I can think about. I don't even want to start playing when my day begins because I KNOW I'm going to lose, no matter how good I get my money ...

Kinda just using this blog area as an unobstrusive place to vent...
