Given the pot size on the flop and the size of villains flop bet, it looks to me as attempt to see a cheap turn with some sort of drawing hand, I like the reraise, the river and villains apparent value bet have to set the alarm bell ringing, why do you float the flop if your not going to make a move on another street? ( I dont mind the float, given your read on villain). Id be so tempted to call given all the info you have given us and given that she leads out on the flop on a board where a 10 does not fit into the story she is trying to sell you (most times anyway :-) ) on the flop I call!!
Folding you SB on the odd occasion may have the effect that you have perhaps tightened up your opening range and allow you to throw the odd curve ball later on.
