    What do YOU do?

Playing in game last night and got involved in the following hand.

    Blinds 1 / 3.

    I'm sitting in SB w/J 8 Spades.

    4 Position raises to 13.

2 callers before it gets to me, so I decide to call.

    BB calls.

    UTG calls (who limped).

    Flop comes the following.

    I lead out for 15.

    BB raises to 45.

UTG Raises all in for 118. I am sitting w/about 300 and the BB is has about the same.

    Your move?

Yes I agree standard would be to fold this hand OOP, but at this specific location the range of playable hands is unreal. The game usually should be called 1 /3 / 30 as you NEVER open betting if you got a monster for less then 30. Otherwise your rockets will be cracked by the likes of 3 9 off.

Well - I'd love to help Rad, but I find it so hard to read these hand histories when they have been run through a CONVERTER.

Please post the uncorrupted hand history format and I'll give it a looksy

Whilst I ussually agree with most things you say I disagree here and can fold my hand. We are not facing one opponent we are facing two and one has us covered. This is a VERY WORST CASE example but if they flip over and our hand no longer seems so pretty. Lets face it the Jack with an 8 kicker is not ahead. So we are hoping to spike an 8 or a spade both of which may be no good. We have commited only $28 to this pot and I fold the hand. Addmitidly I do not play live and dont know the opponents in question but for example decent $100nl internet opponents I fold. Stacking off with this hand is stacking off very light imop.

I agree completely with penguin. There is no way we should expect to have our J/8 outs to be good very often 3 ways so us having a pair is basically irrelevent. No reason we should be stacking off here.

If it were heads up though for 100bbs we would have the nuts!!!

Ohh, and this is a really good spot for you to 3bet preflop since
you NEVER open betting if you got a monster for less then 30.
and your opponent only opened to 13. There is a ton of dead money in the pot. With your image you will probabally get a lot of credit. When you do get a caller they will play fit or fold postflop so being oop isn't the worst thing ever.
