    Crappy spot with no reads.

I think we should fold if we are inclined to think this player is smart at all. The J on the turn is the worst barrel card so he should not be betting the turn 100% with his draws Having any read on his cbetting range would be helpful since this becomes an easy fold if he is capable of cbetting with {Jx, some 8x} hands.

If we are inclined to not give this player credit he may be barreling this turn with a lot of straight/flush draws and could be bluffing the river without even thinking about what our range here then we may be able to reason a call. A lot of draws missed and a vbetting range of top pair Q kicker+ isn't very wide.

With absolutely no read I'd probabally fold

Other than the river I feel the turn is a great place to bet-fold for value against 95% of players.

i don't really think folding is the right move on this river anyway.
while your arguements are correct toxin people at this limit are EXTREMELY aggressive and many of them will 3 barrel air more often than not. also i find it unlikely that his Vbet range is AQ+ obviously the jack looks disgusting but i tihnk you are right often enough to call the river here.
