    Getting people to fold.

I am just curious why i am always getting called by idiots with absolutley nothing. It doesn't really bother me. hence im ahead. But sometimes i don't want a 60 40 for all of my chips. Sometimes grant it i have a loose image. But wtf when i re raise all in preflop why doesn't anyone fold to me. Ill be playing a table where no one makes a crazy stupid move. THen i show huge strength and get called and they have nothing. Its not like they are pushing me, they are calling me. IM not saying for instance they are hitting but why don't people fold?

One example is my KK preflop at the final table. Kid said you re raised me once so now im going to put in 200k with 76 suited. On a 6 bet preflop???

    Here is another.

Hes got a lot of chips so betting like 1k i feel he calls. So i say hes got shit and push. Saying fold no matter waht i don't wanta call. I do this for two reasons. I want him to think im an idiot for when i do it with a big hand. And B it gives me a loose image. I know i want theloose image. But i don't want people stacking off with 910 and 67 when i have AK.

I like the call in the first hand by the guy, not even 50% of his stack to some1 who looks like they are defending their BB, and 9Ts isnt that bad of a hand in that case

well shoecrew thats one huge leak in your game. Think about it. If you are limp calling no matter what. Just push me. And i might fold. Limp callign like that is making like you want me to push. When obv you don't. 50 percent of your chips in a 45 person is a lot. There isn't that much more to go and its not like you need 17k going into te final table to win. So you better revamp this play if you think it was a good call. I give credit to all people who push SB now with 74 and what not because fi you get called and its 60 40 oo0o well.

I honestly look backat the hand and don't even know why i did it. I risked 4k basically to win 320 i don't think it honestly was smart by me. But i think someone can fold 910 easily

matt, you cant have it both ways... you want a loose image and wonder why they stack off with 910. then u dont want a call in another situation with the same type play. i dont understand. cant have your cake and eat it too so to speak, seams u have been running well lately anyway.

    1. Some poeple like to gamble [exploit these players].

    2. Unintended consequence of nash equilibrium ICM. People assume that if you are shoving to collect smallish blinds you must have Nash on your side and won't call you down. Means that you can shove light and get away with it, as 74o is just as good as KQs if no-one calls you. So you now have players who try to pick off a light shove.

Eg who would shove to win 10% of their stack???? Someone with AA??? Maybe its a light shove?? T9s is a bit light but unlikely to be dominated ifyou do have a hand [eliminating JJ-AA from your range of course].

    You could:
    1. Try naming your cards before you shove all in, same as turning your cards face up before shoving in live poker [I think thats how it works].

    2. Tighten up your shoving range and hope someone tries to pick you off, ie making your AA/KK look like a light shove....

    2nd hand
He just had a bad read had you on overcards eg AK/AQ sort of hand

Is this allowed online? I know for sure you aren't allowed to show your cards in most live tournaments.

Agree 100%. This hand basically gives you no credibility as a good player in my book. I mean, we all occasionally play crazy like this, but to then post the hand on a forum like the vllian is a moron is delusional.

Maybe you complan so mch about bad beats and coolers because you don't havethat great an understanding of the game.

    This whole thread is dumb.
