Does anyone believe in the "cooler" seat. Many times I have been playing cash games and have been sitting in a certain seat that cannot win a hand. Evertime it has a good hand someone or more specific another certain seat has a slightly better hand. This does not help if the other seat which dominates you has a bit of a chasing fish sitting in it who will get there on the river. The seat is not a cooler to the rest of the table more to a specific other seat. I was playing 6 seated the other day and I had only just sat down. Their was a good player at the table and I was dealt AK when he was dealt AQ. I took a big pot from him and he said "Im out of this cooler seat" and left. This is a good profitable player who remained at his other seats on the site. The unfortunate player who sat at his seat was stacked twice by me (he didnt buy in for max) in the next 30 hands. This just got me thinking, I believe if you sit at a seat long enough and you are a better player than your opponents you should win money. But I have to admit I have left a seat in the past where I was the best player at the table and just kept getting cooler after cooler. Would you leave a seat because it has a "bad vibe" about it, or do you carry on relentless knowing things will turn around?
