Looking for 45man SNG (ftp) coaching

No coaching forum, so I post here

I'm looking for coaching in 45man SNG on FTP, I am stuck at the 10+1 and would like to move up to the 24+2 in the next month or so and to the 69+6 down the line maybe mid year.

I played 5500+ of the 10+1 an ROI of 25%, I took some training before and had slight improvement. Need to get my game to the next level.

any suggestions?

My ROI at the $26 -5% over 300 games, I take a few shots here and there, I feel my game/skill is not up to par and I keep playing the $11 ones
