Fulltilt will not pay me

This has happened before to me I believe but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light. here is a response I received from support about a cashout that took more than the "15 business days" that they seem to do a lot.

So this is the first email i recieved

It is the 12th atthe end of the business day and i still have not received either of my cashouts. Please help me. thanks.

We have been informed by our third-party processor that there has been an issue with bank transfer withdrawals. As a result of this, there will be a delay in your receiving your withdrawn funds. While we aware of this issue, we have not been informed exactly how long the delay will be.

We understand the frustration, we are working as a priority to get players their money and we hope to have this issue resolved soon.

Make sure all of ur emails are polite and respectful when replying back to them. I had the same thing happen to me a couple times and they fired an extra $250 in my account when i tried to cash out $2500.

Next time u reply to them ask them for a little extra for ur inconvenience.

I had 2 pending bank wires. Last Monday was the deadline for one (and got here Tuesday or Wednesday). Other one's deadline is approaching and isn't here yet, which is very annoying.

A buddy of mine cashed out 5 $950 (max) Bank Transfers, all more recent than my first, and all took under a week.

I'm wondering if the amount of the cashout affects the speed somehow.

Maybe cause I'm Australian, but once I used transfer to local bank account option, money was going in within 3days every time (usually $600), hope u get your money.

I am experiencing the same thing, waiting on 4 950 dollar bank transfer transactions, which normally only take a few days. Can't really complain yet, haven't hit the 10-15 business day mark but its getting close on 3 of them. This might be one of those the watched pot never boils situations. And definitely ask them for compensation for this inconvenience, we know they have deep pockets.

based on p5s and 2+2s posts processors were recently shut down so just like everytime this happens everyones withdrwals get screwed and you have to wait for the next processor to open and for them to straighten things out. i stopped using ftp's services to w/d long ago because of the problems, pay a slightly higher vig but i get my money in less then 24 hours to my bank account every time.
