Fulltilt claims DOJ got your money!!! $119mill!

This article appears to explain why Fulltilt has so many issues- iPokerVIP » Full Tilt Releases Statement

I heard this months ago and the big worry is some forums(could be rumors) are saying the government has already spent it.
I had also read before black friday that Fulltilt, Pokerstars etc had been ripped off millions by payment processors.
I would've thought you would not use a payment processor if they aren't processing payments, why did the sites let it run into tens of millions dollars?
Why did pokerstars money not get seized? Or did they have enough to cover it?

Im sure some of FTP and PS funds were confiscated by the GoVt and lost for good. However I find it hard to believe such a large sum was lost to the GOVt and Payment Processors, otherwise PS would of come out and said the same thing..

I would not believe anything Fulltilt says on this subject. Nothing at all! They have been terrible in their total lack of communications throughout this entire process. So, after 5 months you want to believe them pointing the finger at others? They can implode and go away forever as far as I am concerned. What a shady company! If this online poker regulation is ever legislated, I hope Fulltilt is denied access to the American market. Poker Stars outclasses them to the max.
