In 2007 and 2008 The Rio had the air conditioning cranked up to the point where there was no way you could wear short sleeves without freezing to death. How is it this year?

Better cold than hot. Nothing worse smelling than a bunch of bodies huddled together roasting.
They keep it pretty chilly. It's comfortable (at least to me) when the room is full. But, when people start dispersing, it gets a little chilly. Not a bad idea to bring a jacket with you.
