Iron Man

So full tilt has that cool Iron Man Challenge..

and they dont explain it very well.. I qualified for silver last month and have my chip 'opted in' which i thought i would get a chip next to my avatar or whatnot.. Also i seem to have lost my points, i was under the impression i could save them? as well as my status.. Now after a big sunday of playing all day i have 2 iron man plus metals pending.. Whatever good that will do me..

Anyways i was wondering if you high rollers or consistant iron men could explain alot more about it..

Mainly i guess i just want the little chip next to my avatar for self satisfaction and maybe some Respect for my hands, to help them HOLD, not bluff..

Anyways anyone that has knowledge of Ironman or could understand what full tilt is saying about how to obtain such things, please share.. Thanks

The chip will come after the Iron Man Freeroll Tourney...as for the medals, I dunno, I always opt for the Tourney as it's free money. That being said, I haven't qualified for it since Jan but have that fancy chip by my name the whole year....

unfortunatly i work every weekend all day, and play the nights, so i cant hit the free roles. Inless that would be my obv choice.

Hmmmm thats funny. Some months I get my chip and some months I lose my chip. I cant figure it out. I qualified this month for the silver free roll, and no chip yet. The metals can be cashed in for prizes or money i think. Not totally sure though.

the extra medals will show up in a week or so, the chip can take up to a week or so to show up, and like some others have said here, if you don't qualify, they usually forget to remove the chip from your avatar

oh and for the respect factor with the chip, you can hang that up. most people will hate on you because they are jealous. but, if they just checked the stats, they would see (in my case), that i am just a big sucker a.k.a. losing player. but, honestly most people view it as a negative thing, because it is something they do not have. just saying

In an average month I get iron (somethimes gold) level which being as it is my 30-somethingth month in a row means I get 700 medals. On top of that I get bonus medals (2 extra medals for going over 500 pts a day or 5 for going over 1k points a day or even more if you really go all out), usually something like 50 so every 4 months or so I get a $600 bonus. I also opt in for the freeroll which is a super-soft tourney. Only about a quarter of the field don't show up and it pays about one third of the field.
