I have recently been chasing a $600 reload bonus at PKR poker. I completed that bonus at the end of October and it took me 60 days to do. In September my rakeback payment was just over $275. I was expecting about $240 for October then today I recieved $20! Somehow I think 4 tabling 2 hours per day at $50nl amounts to over $20 rakeback. I new before contacting PKR this would have something to do with the bonus. There response was one of the most bizzare and worst responses I have ever come across. IF YOU PLAY AT PKR READ CAREFULLY. I asked them what the hell was going on and where was my rakeback, they replied you completed a big bonus last month. I replied SO WHAT. .........No answer, Im talking to them live chat. I reply again, So you are saying because I have completed a bonus you are freezing my rakeback? When I applied for the bonus there was nothing in the terms saying rakeback would be affected. PKRs responce, IM SORRY I CANT ANSWER THIS QUESTION! Then put me onto someone who can. IM SORRY YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR R/B AFFILIATE. IM SORRY. Are you telling one of your customers you will not answer his question. IM SORRY YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR AFFILIATE. This went on for a long time, they would answer nothing and seemed genuinly scared when I said do all your rakeback players know you will cheat them out of a third of their bonus they have played extra poker to complete? I did ask my affiliate and they where very helpful telling me PKR told them I raked $60 last month so I got paid $20. After questioning PKR on this my affiliate told me I had really raked $660 but I had completed a $600 which was not eligible for the r/b. Now, I cant complain too much I got full rakeback in September $275. Got my full bonus payment $600 and got $20 for October. What more do I want, Im sure Im coming across as greedy, but surely in the conditions of the bonus it should have stated I lose a $200 rb payment by completing this bonus? All in all my bonus is $400 NOT $600. This little investigation is still ongoing, would you push it? I cant see me getting anything out of it. Have you had previous experiance of a site refusing to answer your questions? Even if no one replys to this I hope this post makes any fellow bonus chasers or PKR players aware of these circumstances. I feel I have had $200 stolen from my account.
