playing vs callbots in 90 man KOs

Hi, first post here. How's everyone doing?

So I've been trying to grind the 90 mans at the $13 and $26 levels and noticed there seem to be a lot of 90 man regs on this forum. Play seems pretty bad in these, but how do you deal with callbots?

For example, with a ~25bb stack I raise mid to late position with something like AJ+ or 77+, get called by someone with 40 vpip and then I miss the flop. What now? I mean, the kinds of players who will cold call or defend their BB super wide and then will not let go of the pot and chase/float/re-raise because for some reason they feel it's their pot to take regardless of if they actually connect, hit bottom pair, have a draw, have one overcard, or just have 23 offsuit and can't find the fold button.

Two barrelling seems like complete spew, one standard c-bet doesn't work either yet feels compulsory (but is so awkward when it doesn't work with shallow stack sizes) and check folding feels weak.. but is it ok to just give up if you get flatted and miss and conserve your chips for when you are ready to dry jam and save yourself the headache? I feel I have a huge leak trying to play guessing games with these tards.

you will find that they float on boards with bad texture or paired board most often since these are the ones least likely to hit you. You'll prolly have to start double barreling on these types of hands occassionally cuz otherwise they know you will just check fold the turn if you missed.

Most simple adjustment, start valuebetting thinner.

another concept is the delayed c-bet, then c-bet when an overcard (or board pair) hits the turn. like ok you raise AQ, flop 379 rainbow, most randoms will assume this missed you (in this case it did) so you check back to take away the C-R when you probably still have the best hand. then fire any turn when its checked to you again (best cards for this: A K Q J 7 3 2 (9 is iffy because most people would think you would bet top pair if you had it, but callbots don't do much thinking just looking at their own hand, so this entire parenthetical note might be worthless)). 90% of random loose players will not check twice when the pot is worth something on boards that they have something that is scared of overcards.

Its okay to just C/F on very wet boards (like with 2 of q,j,10,9, and a flush draw.) If you do try to c-bet these boards, make it big, like 3/4 pot. A 1/2 pot c-bet rarely works on wet boards against donks. Also, you dont always need to fire a second barrel. Most of these players are Loose-Passive types, and they "just want to see all 5 cards" . Many are just looking to check it down and see whos best.

    Try using these stats

    WTSD%
    W$SD%

Should give you an idea of how often the make the river and whether they have a hand when they get there.

Yeah they want to see all five cards, but some of them will just try to take it down anyway if I check it to them. I've check-raised all in with the nut flush draw on the turn and have the guy fold after sticking half his stack into the hand, which just seems completely absurd to me and I can't fathom what he could possibly do it with.

I do like the delayed c-bet, though, but do you just C/F if they bet at you when you check the flop?

What do you mean by valuebetting thinner in situations where I miss the flop or see overcards with a PP?

totally turn dependent. most laps like calling and seeing flops with their random paint hands, not their suited connector hands. if the turn comes a J or a T or K and they lead at it, its not so bad to give it up. showing a little respect to bets from donks is at times in order. but if its a board pair, you can seriously consider flatting or min raising to give the illusion the flop caught you square and you are letting them catch up.
