"I don't play any two suited cards. I play any two non suited cards. That way I am drawing to two different flushes"

I thought I would check out some specific stats on my tournament play, mostly the large sit and go tournies. I had noticed that alot of shoves all in preflop were AK or worse hands by the players. After reading Snyders book and his comments on races (which they really are not races at all) I thought I would experiment alittle. Heres what I found over my last 3807 hands.

I went all in either preflop calling or shoving over 33 hands with them winning 63.6% of the time. The next thing I noticed was nobody had any 3 bet stats at the tables I was playing at. Heres what I found which was pretty similiar to my shoving stats. 44 hands with a winning of 66% for 3 betting. Next I checked out my steal numbers and had over 262 hands with a 65% win rate which I am pretty proud of.

I know its not alot hands to make any statistical sense but thought it was pretty interesting and is prolly really helping out my game.

Side note, The wife and I went to the Valley of Fire National park which is about a short hours drive from the center of Las Vegas. If you havent been there I highly recommend it. Its gorgeous with alot of history, and opportunities to take a ton of photos. So if you need to get away from the smoke filled casinos, take 1/2 a day and get out of town, you wont be sorry. Cya
