Well, I've joined my first poker league. If any of you locals want to join there is still time. So the league plays once a month (third thursday) for 5 months beginning this coming Thurs. It cost 125, not terribly expensive. Its omaha 8 limit tournaments (even if you dont play omaha its easy to learn)

With 20 members there will be 5 of us based on points playing in the WSOP....Wow, I am so excited, I have like a 25% chance to play in my first World Series Of Poker. Again, so excited. Besides giving away 5 seats, there will be cash awards after each tournament for first-third places.
