PokerTracker3 Questions

Just installed PokerTracker3, and I have a few basic questions...

1. When I drag the HUD labels to where I want them, and then click APPLY, within a few minutes, they all revert right back to where they originally were. This also happens every time a new player comes to my table, or get moved to a new table. How can I get my preferred locations to hold?

2. The HUD displays my statistics for the current tournament only, but everyone else's statistics seem to include history. How can I change this to see statistics for all my hands in the history instead?

That's it so far, but I'm sure I'll have more questions soon.

Figured this one out. There's a 'Save Layout' button on each table.

The have it set up this way for multi-tabling. That way your stats will not be the same on each table your playing. You can always look at your overall stats on your main poker tracker page.

SS HUD is awesome but I can't make it through an entire session w/o it going down and requiring a computer restart to revive it.. Otherwise it is a great tool and will only get better the more it collects MTT stats..

I don't have any of these issues. You'd think someone with all your cash could afford a real computer.

on auto import in the import status box getting:

error:invalid pot size for hand
error:encoutered unexpected end of hand history

anyone know how to correct this?

Brand new computer, same problem.

At some point in my session SS will stop retrieving stats on new players, but the old stats will still be up.

Also once it took all of my stats and lines them up across the top instead of in their designated spots.

In my opinion, very buggy and limited features, however, it is "beta"...

This error will usually occur when PT3 attempts to load an incomplete hand. This most often happens when you either leave before a hand is over or join in the middle of the hand. I do not know how to correct it, I usually just let them go as it only happens about 1 in every 500 or so hands for me.
