Casino dealer messes up

Im playing 1 2 NL at the El Dorado in Shreveport, La. Ive been playing for 4 hrs. The game is soft with a lot of money on the table. Id been playing bad but really started to figure out the table and started killing it. I have a stack of about 700 and Im in complete control of the table.

7 playera. Im on the cutoff. Its straddled for 4. The whole table limps and I limp with K2 suited.

Flop K 7 2 rainbow. Checks to me. I bet 20 and get 5 callers including the button...

And heres the drama... Im in the 2 seat. Last action after my raise is the 1 seat. The dealer burns and turns 8hearts before 1 seat acts. It happens I know.... But the rest of the hand is way off........

They call the floor who is actually a dealer not a floor person - Ron. He says shuffle it back in and before he can say anything else the dealer washes the rest of the remaining deck. I say hold on the river should be put out. Ron knows its screwed up AND OFFERS ANYONE IN THE POT TO TAKE THEIR MONEY OUT. 1 elects and pulls out 20+4. Im not happy. Turn is put out 10clubs. Their were objections to leaving 8hearts out. 8hearts makes rainbow board and i obviously like that card. But i know it should be shuffled in. 10club puts two clubs.

I start talking about how i have a big hand and im gonna kill the pot cause its bullshit. Checked to me. I bet 100 - the pot - and the button tanks. Asks if i have a set blah blah blah. He tanks for a good two minutes and calls.

River is 7 counterfeiting my K2.

I debate a big raise but after some thought i check. He bets 150. Im pissed and start bitching and muck.

Hand play aside how do you handle this? The dealer has no clue what to do and messes it up even more. Not to the mention the tilt effect this had on me.... Its a lot more than a screwed up turn.

Not many here have played with me but Im a very friendly player. Its my biggest weakness and costs me money. Ive never been anywhere near that mad over cards....... thanks for your feedback

I'm suprised you didn't call me last night. I prob would have flown down there to sort the mess out myself. I have allot of friends in the bayou state sir.

I would make a disgusting scene. Heh.. I'm tilty and not that nice of a guy to begin with, but if you perform that sort of atrocity as a floorman (dealer) you are certainly going to hear from me. Either seat 1 puts his money back in the pot and the turn is shuffled back in as it is supposed to be, or I'm out of that card room.

the dealer mistake is understandable, it happens. but the floor ruling is INSANE! First of all both the dealer and the floor person should know you have to burn and set the river down and then shuffle the turn back in, but also if he wants to offer people their money back for his mistake it SHOULD NEVER COME FROM THE ACTUAL POT. The winner of the pot should not be punished the money should come from the casino or from the pocket of the floor person. I would have flipped my shit and im a dealer but I definitely would not be tipping that guy.

Yeah it seems they made many mistake here. The most important is allowing people in the pot to take money back out of the pot. This comes right off the equity the better hands have. If you could have stopped the dealer before he washed the deck you could have asked for a real floor person to make the ruling but i know how fast things happen. About all you can do after this mess is talk to the poker room manager and see what they can do for you to keep your busness, as I think they owe you and maybe others at the table something. What really sucks about this is now I bet you are on tilt. So you lose the pot and are put on tilt. this would put anyone tilt control to the test.
