    How sick is this one.....

So I played a real small donkament at the Red Rock last night.....I knew it was going to be fast and bad, because it was cheap, but I wanted to give it a whirl.

We start with 4000 in chips and blinds start at 25/50 with 20 minute levels, and I think they double until at least the 200-400 level, and possibly even later than that.....and then they level out for later play, which is better than I can say for some donkaments out here, that are too slow in the beginning and too fast in the end.

So we are at 100-200, and I have about 5200 in chips. When the blinds double, this tournament is going to become really quick, so I decide I've got to start being the aggressor.

Against my better judgement, I raised UTG with to 600.

The old toad 3 seats to my left calls. Now, a little background, this guy was 145 years old, couldnt hear the dealer even though he was in the 10 seat, was color blind so he couldnt tell what denomination his chips were, and I think he had a hat on that said he would "Rather be Fishin"....so he was an obvious pro.

Anyways....he is my only caller, so heads up to a flop of

I check, because I figure if the old toad has anything, he will let me know....I didnt want to bet because he will likely do what all other people over the age of 100 do, and that is hold their cards within an inch of their face, and call with nothing just because.

    But he checks behind.

    Turn card is a

So I feel pretty good about my hand...and I make a really small bet of 500 to see what he does...because he could do anything from folding to calling to raising to dying in the middle of the hand. He just calls.

    So the river card is

And I'm thinking that the poor old guy didnt know how to lay down his dumb ace, and now he's about to get stacked. So now, I make a more pot-sized bet at it, and he immediately and sloppily shoves all of this chips and his dentures, and everything into the middle.

I call, and proudly show my top 2 pair.

He creaks and his bones pop as he flips over SET JACKS as quickly as he can!

I just get up and sheepishly walk out of the casino into traffic.

    OMG.......
