He put you on the backdoor spade draw with 2-3 after the flop. Easy call on the river in my opinion.
"You have it in your power to turn a bad-beat around simply by realizing this simple truth: The more bad beats you encounter, the luckier you are. It's a sign that you are playing against opponents who continually take the worst of it, and if you can't beat someone who always takes the worst of it, you can't beat anyone"

This guy needs to quit poker altogether after calling a pot sized bet with 9 high. It would be awful hard to put you on a hand that he could beat. The only hands he beats here are 86, 85, 83, 82, 65, 63, 62, 53, 52, and 32.

In other words, it was a complete "misclick" and he probably was steaming for a little while afterwards... lol.

man... what kind of idiot would ever do THAT

speaking of misclicks... during my last trip to argosy (losing session) i called a $40 flop bet into a $180 pot for the nut flush, made the flush on the turn, then tried to check raise both the turn and river. when both players checked through, i almost choked the dealer when she mucked my hand and pushed the chips to the other two players for a split pot.. then i saw that the flop was NOT 3 clubs like i thought, and i was, in fact, 4 to the flush

    i should quit poker.
