Unhappy Uneven Variance ($26 vs $75)

I am posting this because I know there are some of you who play both the 26 and 75 45mans. I know that the 75's definitely have more regs and better players, but i feel like my variance is so uneven. I am taking the brunt of my bad beats late in all of my 75s or losing most flips in 75s, but yet in my 26s it seems that i am holding or winning more key flips.

I have posted my 2 graphs and was just wanting opinions on if any of you have seen these same circumstances?

Wow that is uneven.. I have argued recently that the play at the $75 level is actually getting worse, with myself included since I have been soooo terrible this year.. I have had some of the sickest beats in the $75 of late that I can not come to even remotely understand..

I have the very same results. I am profiting so much more at the 26's over the 75's and it feels like im losing so many key hands. Im sure this is because the players are better in the 75's and im just more profitable in the 26's. Right now I have played about 500 75's and im up about $1000 on them and have a 2% roi. I have a 43% roi on over 900 26's. I would be willing to say the higher verience is due to a lower edge.

Yea i definitely agree that the "edge" is smaller in the 75s but I cant help but notice my key hands in 26s are winning and in the 75s they arent as well. Is it possible that in the 26s we just get so many good spots that its harder to notice the bad ones we take in 26s?

Im just curious because I know there are quite a few regs who are still profiting a lot off of the 75s so i dont know what to think at times.

Great post Ryan, and excellent observation!

I also feel like the $75 games are MUCH tougher to beat than they were last summer when I was absolutely destroying them. I remember actually having a gold star at one point and now I no longer have any star at all.

Check out this thread from when I first noticed how much more difficult these games were becoming...
