Dave finished 8th place last night in the $28000 guarantee on FTP of about 1100 people.

He started off the tournament at the same table as Scott Fischman and unfortunately finished the tournament at god knows what hour on pocket 10s. When he was trying to make his move, some guy under the gun with ace jack came out raising and decided to jump in on the reraise with Dave and some other guy with pocket 8s.....of course the donkey flops the jack.

But, Dave played very solidly and making the final table of any of those huge tournaments is a feat in itself!

By the way, I've played live with Scott Fischman three times now, and he knocked me out of the tournament all three times. He's sort of like 'a professional Travis' to me.

Congrats Dave.. How much did he bring in for 8th place.. That is a very solid finish that I'm sure he is both very proud of and very tired from...lol..

I use to play at Pokerstars under a different name of course and I thought it was a solid site.. I only left because it seemed to get more and more difficult to deposit cash ...
