Does sharkscope or OPR take into account the KO's and add them to your total winnings? If not, it will be nearly impossible to show a positive ROI over any meaningful sample. Not that it really matters, but you will need another means of accounting.

TONS of 90 man grinders have killer ROIs in these things, and KOs aren't tracked by sharkscope but they do deduct your bounty from your buy in. 60% ROIs are very attainable in the 24$ and lower games, but it remains to be seen what this new one will be like. I wouldn't be surprised if 50% is still reasonable.
