I like the shove, if getting called often your up against a 40/60 situation, and the stack sizes makes there calling ranges tight enough for this to be very profitable shove.

2/4k plus the antes you have not got enough time to fold in these +ev spots,

imo i think this is perfect shove

i have assigned their calling range at 11% ^^^^, so even on the rare occasion you get called you still have 35% equity

not sure how accurate my assumptions are here, how do you see that range?

I agree, your not getting called too often there. I think those ranges are accurate. I tend to get way to nitty at finals which lead to way to many min cashs and bubbles when i take the bad beat.

I think your plays are fine (in both threads) just some of the time the aggression turns on you and you pay for it, but overall your going to scoop alot more dough then just dragging your feet up the pay latter.

Funny I have issues with aggression in these spots and you seem to feel you have a problem with being too aggressive. If only we could find a median huh?

Yeah, I don't really have any objection to sticking to to 12 big blinds in the middle and either taking the blinds or having the chance for a big stack if I win. I hate getting below 10 BB. The problem is, I get it in bad a lot playing this way.

But when I try to slow it down, the other problem, the one you described, happens. Finding the happy medium is tough.

yea in 90 mans the difference between them and 45s is the antes, something i notice is even a great player like pimpin donks struggles a bit in them as he is always folding super low, u want to try and stay above 15bbs in the 90s and u have to steal more often then in a 45, again cuz of the antes.

The range looks good. It definitely looks like a +EV shove. I didn't hesitate when I saw the hand to push, but lately I have begun to question whether I am sticking too many chips in pre flop and relying too much on winning my all ins.

But I guess much of the time in these 45 and 90 mans, there isn't going to be an alternative. Late stages of SNGs don't provide a lot of room for anythign other than pre flop play.
