There is a possible agreement in place to settle this issue and repay all players. Exactly how is this bad news? In fact, you seem to think this is the worst case scenario, based on your phrasing, "Can it get any worse."

The guy got in trouble years ago, are you so naive to think that many business owners and CEO don't have records? This is GREAT news, convicted of fraud or not his company has saved MANY companies that would have gone under. He has turned them around and made them profitable again. I don't think you know 1/2 of what you are talking about.

Wade, I think it is fairly clear he doesn't know 1/2 of what he is talking about. In fact, 1/2 is generous. What troubles me is that he claims to have a 5 year old son, yet he wrote the above two posts, in which he seems to indicate that assassination of Full Tilt's top members is an appropriate way to deal with this problem. What kind of father and business owner writes insane nonsense like that on a public forum? Something about his story just doesn't add up.
