So today i see if i can hold up again. Actually win hands when i should. Two days in a row. Never.

75 dollar 45 person. Forget the beats and what not.

8th 8th 10th 10th 17th 14th 9th 20th 22nd..

SO lets see. Odds are. I should win one dollar here. I am a winning player and know what i am doing so getting htis far and being top 3 almost everytime i should win once right. WRONGGGGGG. Not one cash not one dollar. Its so funny if 5 of my hands hold up i just make 3k in an hour period. Thats how it works.

How about this. I am a ****ing psychic. I got KK on the button. I have 4k with both guys covering me blinds 250 500. Easy push. I actually sit and think about it because i know someone has AA. I sware on mylife i knew it. I push and guess what. Big blind has AA.. im like wow. Becuase once you get a terrible beat no matter how lucky you get to get back up to 5k you lose once you hit that point. I got 103 in the big blind. flop is 1083. guy bets i re raise to 1k. he pushes for 7k We both have around that. So i call. He has Q10. turn J river. No reason to say anymore.

Final table. I think i lose 99 percent of the hands there. No matter what it is. I seem to get to the final 15 people every ****ing time. ANd tend to lose hands here when its actually the only time that it counts. 4 in a row i lose 99 to K10??? K10 why are you putting in a raise for half your stack with K10 with 5 left after. Turn 10 lol. I fold AQ preflop to JJ and A6 all in JJ would of held up.. Get AK. Raise for the first time at the final table. I got 7k i raise to 3k. guy re raises me all in. I know you got a pair but i can't lay it down. 1010 holds up. Besides my win and two 3rd place finishes last night. Which buy the way i lost to a 3 outer and a guy who think going all in with KJ for 25k in chips is funny. SO thats another loss of around 1500 dollars.

I know everyone gets bad beats. We all do. But why do i get to teh final table before they start breaking out all the beats for me.

I am round 2 for 35 in flop ups at the final table. Weather i have QQ or AK and vice versa. I don't get how the math is right there. If my hands held up even 15 percent of the time. And i won around 30 percent of my flop ups. I can win around 30k a month from 45 persons no joke. I Missplay a hand maybe 1 out of every 10 games. And go in with great odds when i am behind.

Still i can't pull out a good streak of luck. I am seriously the luckiest play in the first 45 to around 20 people. Then its all hell breaks loose. ANd its not my play either. People try and say you must be doing something wrong. But honestly im not. And i play better then 99.99 percent of the field at this time.

Then i watch people complain and say there on a bad run. Well stop going all in for 5k with Q10 to win 400. Maybe people will learn once in there life how the game works. And to really know when your getting bad beats. Coolers and loosing ahead is when your on a bad run. Not playing K4 all in and getting mad you don't hit when the guy has AQ. That just gets me mad.

I am being so patient with this bad run of cards and took a break and came back. Still nothing. Just wondering if all you go through the same stress that i go thought. Whether im up 20k for the month or down 2k. The stress level is still the same from the periods of bad beats i get. SIghhhh

Not playing K4 all in and getting mad you don't hit when the guy has AQ. That just gets me mad.

Anyways we all have bad runs of cards, and all get shat on at least once a day if not significantly more. It all comes down to how you deal with it. Posting your bad beat stories on here is great if it helps you get over them, and if that doesn't remove the stress find something else... or you'll be having a heart attack from stress sooner rather then later.

You HAVE to find a way to deal with bad beats, because no matter how long you play this game you will ALWAYS be running into them. No one ever said this was gonna be easy, or awesome fun every step of the way, Its a struggle getting started some days and that's what seperates the Poker Pros, from the Poker Players (or the regular people from the gambling addicts however you want to look at it)

After saying all that, there is no better job (maybe being the tester at a bordello) You set your own hours, you work as little or as much as you want in the comfort of your own home, you are your own boss, travel anywheres anytime as long as you have an internet connection, all the while making a good living playing a game. So take the bad with the good man, don't worry about the short term stuff, think about how after another week or two you'll be up a couple grand and can buy yourself something nice to soothe your troubled mind.

your right my man and it can't be said any better. I write on here to get it out of me. Just can't hold it inside. And that comment wasn't to you it was just in general.

When i am playing. I do take the beats well enough for it not to effect my game. Which has changed how much money i made in 2008. Going from 15k playing very small games. To around 80k in one year. And i know everyone says 80k must get lucky to have all that which is true. I consider myself a fortunate player. I just hate losing. No if ands or buts.

I guess we all hate losing hehhe. What do you do Fill good when you run this bad. I can't do anything but sulk lol.

As depressing as it feels to go ten games in a row without cashing, this is completely normal in the 45-player SNGs.

Dude.
I feel the exact same way you do. Seems every time late in a tourney I go in with the best hand and end up on the short end of the stick!! This is just my latest example of taking a 4th place when when I had a hand dominated and shoulda been pushed to the top of the race!! And yes....It seems like it happens way more than not!!!!
