Before I vent about my poker bad beats, I would like to talk about the bad beat I took today.

I was forced to ride the COTA bus this morning.

Nothing happened, but it sent me on instatilt. I can't even begin to explain how much I hate the COTA. For those of you who have never heard of it COTA is the bus service for Columbus Ohio. I hate them so much I created this group a while ago: Login | Facebook 2 years ago, when i was a freshman with no car, I was forced to ride the COTA almost every single day. I worked at Sears in the Westland Mall and the #2 and #10 busses both did a great job at making me late for work just about everyday. Most of the hatred comes from just little things that happen all of the time, but the 2 episodes I remember the most were helping throw a drunk obese man off of the bus, and my 9 mile trek.

The 9 mile trek especially sucked. It was february 2008 I think. It was a saturday night. I got off of work pretty late and I went to the bus stop. I waited about 20 minutes for the bus to came. Finally I saw the bus coming, got my Buckid out, and walked out to the road ready to get on. Aparently the dumbass bus driver was too blind to see me. It didn't even start to brake until it passed me. But instead of coming to a full stop 50 yards past the bus stop, the bus driver just decided "oh well" and kept on going. I was mad. The #10 hospital bus only comes once an hour so I was forced to wait another hour.

So after waiting 2 hours I realized something must be wrong. I called the COTA number to find out that the bus that passed me was the last bus of the night. I flipped. I demanded that they pay for a cab ride but the lady just kept saying "according to our gps the bus got there exactly on time so we can't pay for a cab ride. (she musta not realized that the bus not being early doesn't help if the bus doesn't stop). I called Matt (the only person in my phone who went to OSU and had a car on campus at the time) only to find out that he was alread DAF. I couldn't afford a cab ride so I was forced to put my hood up and walk home. Not the safest walk since it was almost 1am when I started. It was cold but at least there wasn't any snow.

So now I tilt even when I am driving behind a COTA.

On to the poker bad beats.

I haven't had a winning day in 2 weeks. Moneywise it's barely even a downswing since I had some days where I was playing as low as .10-.25. But getting crushed by low stakes fish is 10x more tilting than just losing a few buyins at 5-10 I dropped 9 buyins to a losing 5cent 10 cent player at .25-.50 HU!!!

I gotta be able to beat somebody. Right?
