I just doubled through this guy a few hands ago checking a k87 flop with AA, he led 8 turn and I shoved he called with kj. Hes been opening quite a bit, and pretty much sucks. I flatted pre because I didnt want to race (I felt like there was no point to race as bad as the table was) and also sorda as a trap.

Its one of those situations on the flop tho where Im not really beating much but hes a huge fish... Thoughts. Is the reraise on the flop too much and makes me commited?

I don't see much being accomplished with the flop raise. I'd like a call on the flop.

you are way behind or your opponent has only 6 outs (~13% to hit on the turn)
by calling you give him the opportunity to bluff on the turn if you are ahead, by raising you collect the pot if you are ahead but lose your stack if you are behind
