I hate to tell ya, but it seems that whenever I get seated in the big tourneys with players from home, one of us inevitably takes out the other one.
Last year's Ladies WSOP event, I'm out in Vegas rooming with Kelley Kiser, and guess what.... yup.... she ends up on my table after several hours and seat changes.
Less than an hour later, my
takes down Kelley's
ouch....
Also last year, Stacey Nutini invites me to join her in a World Series Satellite in West Virginia. After multiple table breaks, when we get down to 3 tables left, I set seated just to her right. As we get closer to the final table, wouldn't you know it.... down goes Stacey to my small blind

This year, poor Holly Jones fell victim to her local gal pal in the Golden Nugget Poker Queen Championship after I got moved to her table. Holly in the BB
Dana in the SB
Jack on flop - another Jack on turn.....
Beware the players from O-H-I-O..... Especially roommates!
What table are you on? Will it break early??? You guys WANT to be friends when you get home, right?

We must believe in luck. For how else can we explain the success of those we don't like.
