I've thought about this and I think the best way from a logistic point of view is the following:
We sticky a thread perhaps in the announcement area with a post that has links and maybe a short description to all of the best threads. This way a member clicks the link, is taken to the actual thread and can reply or peruse as needed. There is no extra forum area, we can lock the thread so others can't reply and is easy to add to as necessary.
First of all I think that any of the Best Of threads should not be removed from their original sub forum. I don't see why they could stay where they are at, perhaps stickied, and also appear in a Best Of sub forum.
I haven't researched much but I do like the BR Management thread as well as the Tell Us Your Story thread.
The rail thread for scotts deep ME run in 2009 is good. Lappins favorite movies thread is also good.
For those who have made suggestions if you wouldn't mind putting links to the threads in that would make it a bit easier for me to compile them.
