The past couple weeks, I have realized how refreshing it is to get rid of junk from your life. Sounds basic enough but what made me realize this.... Ok, so last night, I finished 5th in our league. I did not cash. Although that was a bummer (I shoved with Kings 5-handed and Greg had limped with Aces)...I was happy to a) climb the ladder in points, b) Until Kings...I had seen pocket 4s twice and NO other pocket pair all night, therefore meaning I played the game, not the cards to hang around that long and c) when we got to the final table 9 handed, I had to shove with $1900 on ace 8, and from there, built my way back to $25,000 chips before ...
Alright, computer problems solved. Sheesh. What a morning. And then, just when I think grades are done and buried, it turns out I hit some key that pastes the same intro letter onto every grade card. So now all 489 of my grade cards say "this grading period in first grade, we have been.....blah blah blah." So now I have to go back and fix that little issue.
