Suspended Full Tilt Account

Can anybody please tell me the reasons that might cause FTP to suspend an account for verification?

I have sent all of this information into FTP within the last 6 months to get my account up and running again and now they ask me for this BS again! It happens to be 4 days away from clearing the last $25 in the Take 2 promo. Do you think they can be temporarily freezing it so I can't make the days or will they reemburse me for this?

I found a post from someone else in a google search that received the same message. They had recently set up a new full tilt account because they couldn't remember their username or email account that they originally had the account under. I am pretty sure Full Tilt is just trying to ensure that noone has more than one account to help protect the integrity of the site. I read there was a case recently where a player was using two different accounts to play in the same tournament on Party Poker. Even if you haven't opened a new account, it's possible that perhaps someone else opened an account with similar details. Maybe someone else listed the same phone number by mistake or perhaps there is someone else with the same name as you in the same city and they just want to be sure it isn't the same person.

I definitely believe it is only done so you can't reach the last $25 in your bonus........ cheap bastards!!!
